ORDER

Mr.V.Ravikumar, learned counsel on record for lone writ petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned State counsel for three respondents are before this Virtual Court.

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that captioned writ petition has been filed inter alia assailing a charge sheet dated 09.09.2006 and a consequential direction to disburse retiral benefits. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that pending writ petition, the charge sheet /charge memo was carried to its logical end and a punishment of recovery of Rs.2,000/- was imposed. Learned counsel would also go on to say that writ petitioner has since completed his service, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

retired in 2007 and retiral benefits have also been disbursed. Therefore, nothing survives in captioned writ petition and the same has become infructuous is learned counsel's say. In the light of the aforesaid stated position of the learned counsel for writ petitioner captioned writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed as infructuous.
