Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call ofr the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in proc.No.Rc.No.566/B/2008 dated 12.11.2009 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondents to accept Rs.12.20 lakhs per acre towards the price of the land allotted.
