O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed to quash the orders of transfer made in Na.Ka.No.J2/10119/2012 dated 04.06.2012 in respect of 4th and 5th respondents passed by 2nd respondent as null and void, consequently directing 3rd respondent who is the appointing authority to post petitioner as B.T. Warden either at Mel Malayanoor or at Valathi boys' hostel. 2.The writ petition is filed challenging the transfer order dated 04.06.2012, in respect of 4th and 5th respondent passed by the 2nd respondent. The transfer order relates to the period 2012-2013 and therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However there shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
