ORDER
Today, this matter has been listed under the caption "for being mentioned".
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on 29.01.2025. In paragraph No.8 of the order, the non-refundable deposit amount was mentioned as "Rs.10,000/-" in numbers, while in words, it was mentioned as "(Rupees Five Thousands only) each". Further, he also pointed out that there are six petitioners in this case, and this Court directed them to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- each as non-refundable amount, however, it was inadvertently typed as Rs.10,000/-, although it was
correctly mentioned in words.
3. As requested by the learned counsel for the petitioners, and this Court found that a mistake has been occurred in paragraph No.8 of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.2057 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025. Therefore, the paragraph No.8 of the said order, the following portion shall be replaced as follows :- " 8. Accordingly, the petitioner shall make a nonrefundable deposit of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) each ....."
4. Registry is directed to carry out the above said corrections in the said paragraph No.8, and issue a fresh copy of the order to the parties concerned. It is made clear that the rest of the order shall be remained intact. Further, the time to execute the sureties is also extended by two weeks from today. 27-02-2025 klt Note: Issue order copy on 03.03.2025 .
