Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to grant extension of time to the petitioner to make payment of the balance fine amount of Rs.15.00 Lakhs in Crl.MP.45 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.3/2020 dated 08.01.2020 and also pass such further or other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.RAMAKRISHNAN Advocate for M/S.WARAON AND SAI RAMS, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to extent the time to make payment of the fine amount of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees fifteen lakhs only) as per the order of this Court dated 08.01.2020 in Crl.M.P.Nos.45 & 46 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.3 of 2020.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that he has no objection for extension of time.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances, four weeks time is granted to the petitioner to make payment of the fine amount of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees fifteen lakhs only) as per the order of this Court dated 08.01.2020 in Crl.M.P.Nos.45 & 46 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.3 of 2020.
