O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking for contempt for non compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.9724 of 2022 dated 28.04.2022 in respect of filing of final report, whereby, this Court had directed the respondent herein to file the final report in Crime No.83 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 28.04.2022, the investigation in Crime No.83 of 2019 has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Chidambaram and it is pending committal in P.R.C.No.8 of 2023.
3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is of the opinion that the respondent has not committed any contempt and thereby, this Court is inclined to close the Contempt Petition.
