Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the petitioner monthly rent for utilizing the land of the petitioner in Survey No.716, 718, Gandhi Road, Bonganapalli Village, Krishnagiri admeasuring 57 cents from 19.01.2000 till the date of disposal of the above writ petition with interest at the rate of 12% per annum.
