This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1040 days in preferring the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on both side.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the 2nd Respondent has no objection to order this Petition. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above Petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered on condition that there shall be no interest for the delay period, in case of any enhancement.

4.Registry is directed to print the name of Mrs.Elveera Ravindran, as learned counsel appearing for the 2nd Respondent in the cause list, at the time admission.
