ORDER

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the main case itself in S.C.No.63 of 2016 has ended in acquittal, by judgment dated 22.10.2018 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge at Salem.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed.
