Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BHASKARAN D., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.SURYANARAYANAN, Advocate taking notice for the first respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Mr.Suryanarayanan, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent/claimant.

2.There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner/insurance company deposits 50% of the compensation awarded by the Tribunal along with proportionate interest to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.6456 of 2014 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Special Sub Court No.II, Court of Small Causes), Chennai, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.On such deposit, the claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited. This miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly.
