The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the fourth respondent M/s.Sundaram BNP Paribas Home Finance Limited, Branch Office at No.2, Brindhavan Nagar, Indira Nagar Arch Opp, Neyveli-607 308, informed this Court that the writ petitioners had settled the entire loan amount on 06.09.2017.
2. Thus, the cause arose for filing of the present writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
