Para 4 of the copy of the Memo of Satisfaction filed by the office of the Official Liquidator is taken on record, which reads as under:- "4. That the Official Liquidator further submits that, the respondent had settled all their due along with interest involved in this Company Application and has been fully realised, hence it is respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to close this C.A.No.262 of 2018 in C.P.No.255 of 2014 as fully satisfied."
