This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to give necessary protection to the petitioner for smoothly running its educational institution and hospitals in Puducherry by preventing the members of the 5th respondent Union from violating the terms of Section 12(3) settlement dated 14.09.2007 or resorting to any illegal activity.
