Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that FC H.M.O.P.No.44 of 2022 and FC H.M.O.P.No.50 of 2023 have already been disposed of and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. Learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. In view of the above submission and the endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Considering the facts, there shall be no orders as to costs.
