ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.34 of 2023, within a time frame fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein/plaintiff filed the above said suit seeking specific performance. It is seen from the e-courts status filed in the typed set of papers that pleadings of the parties were already completed and issues were framed as early as on 11.03.2025. Thereafter, there is no substantial progress in the suit. 3.Taking into consideration that the suit was of the year 2023 and issues were framed as early as on 11.03.2025, this court is inclined to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.34 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
