PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.16433 of 2024 dated 25.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.NO.24667 of 2024 order dated 04.10.2024. ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.16433 of 2024 dated 25.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24667 of 2024 order dated 04.10.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph 7(a) in Crl.O.P.No.24667 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024 and subsequently modified vide its order dated 25.11.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.16433 of 2024 is totally relaxed.. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
