The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus to direct the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner's son, Y. Tajudin, who had two wives, died on 22.10.2018. The first wife of the deceased son has three children and the second wife has two children. The petitioner, mother of the deceased son, made a representation dated 18.01.2019, seeking for issuance of legal heirship certificate to the legal heirs of the deceased son. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered by the respondent so far.

This Court, at this stage, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, dispose of the writ petition, only by directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.01.2019 and after hearing all the necessary parties, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
