(The matter is heard through Video-conferencing / Hybrid Mode) The present Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to include petitioner's name in the valid nomination list published by them on 24.01.2022 for Padi constituency and consequently to permit the petitioner to contest in the delegate member election for Padi constituency. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already the delegate members election was conducted on 06.02.2022 and therefore, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition for further adjudication. He seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge before the appropriate forum.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as Withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to challenge before the appropriate forum. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
