O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to execute the non bailable warrant executed by the learned Judicial magistrate, Fast Track Court, Thiruvannamalai in CC No.110 of 2013 and to produce the accused person before the Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.03.2024, this Court passed the following order - The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the 3rd respondent did not appear before the Court on 16.02.2024. Therefore, the Court below has directed the execution of the nonbailable warrant that is pending against the 3rd respondent. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the case is now posted on 22.03.2024 and that all steps will be taken to secure the 3rd respondent and produce him before the Court below.

Post this case under the same caption on 25.03.2024.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public prosecutor on instructions submitted that the case is now posted for hearing on 07.06.2024 and that all efforts are being taken to find the whereabouts of the accused person and produce the accused person before the . 2/4

Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the accused person is evading appearance before the Court for a long time, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to secure the accused person and to produce him before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur, before the next date of hearing on 07.06.2024. 5.

This Criminal Original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
