ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to take steps to execute the bailable warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC) at Magisterial level, Tiruvannamalai in STC.No.57/2023 dated 15.11.2023.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the case is now posted for hearing on 25.03.2024. In the meantime, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to execute the bailable warrant issued by the Judicial Magistrate (FTC) at Magisterial level, Tiruvannamalai in STC.No.57/2023 against the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent shall be produced before the Court before the next date of hearing.
