The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take action against the 2nd respondent of her illegal construction at Plot No.26 Part in R.S.No.13/2-A part, Fourth Cross Street, Anna Nagar, Pondicherry-5 and to demolish the same since the same has been constructed in contravention of Pondicherry Town and Country Planning Act and By Laws and Zoning Regulations. 2.

When the matter is called today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner producing a letter dated 20.02.2019 written https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the petitioner submitted that she may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, permission is granted and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the letter of the petitioner dated 20.02.2019. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
