Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, praying to call for the records relating to the order dated 30.06.2004 of the First Respondent in A.G.A. 28 of 2003, quash the same and consequently, direct the Third Respondent to pay the Petitioner Rs. 47,776.80 with interest at 12% from 05.02.1994 and award costs.
