The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner in all the writ petitions submitted that in view of the interim order dated 16.06.2015, passed by this Court, all the petitioners were given promotion to the post of B.T. Assistant.

Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, all the Writ Petitions stand closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
