Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents jointly and severally to pay compensation of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs only) with interest and cost towards the accident occurred on 04.04.1994 at No.188, Royapuram in which the petitioner's son Manivannan lost his life from the date of accident till realisation.
