Writ Appeal No.814 of 2022 filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, against the order dated 27.01.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.22262 of 2019 on the file of this Court.
Common Prayer in W.P.Nos.22255 and 22262 of 2019:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying that this Honourable Court to issue a Writ of
Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd Respondent relating to the impugned order dated 17.12.2018 uploaded and hosted on the website of the 1st Respondent in so far as the Petitioners herein is Concerned, quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and devoid of merit and Consequentially direct the Respondents herein to Permit Petitioners to get reappointed as Director of any company or appointed as Director in any company without any Hindrance.

Mrs.A.Anuradha, CGSC COMMON JUDGMENT (Common Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Honourable Chief Justice) It is submitted by the learned counsel for both parties that the common order dated 27.01.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge in a batch of cases in W.P.No.13616 of 2018, etc., of which W.P.Nos.22255 of 2019 and 22262 of 2019, are under challenge in the present Writ Appeals, was the subject matter of challenge in a batch of Writ Appeals in W.A.Nos.569, 718, 720, 721, 841 and 842 of 2020 (Meethelaveetil Kaitheri Muralidharan Vs. Union of India, represented by its Secretary, Ministry of Corporation Affairs, Shastri Bhawan, Dr.Rajendra Prasad Road, New Delhi-110 001 and another), which were allowed on 09.10.2020 reversing the judgment therein, dated 27.01.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.Nos.750 of 2020, 27463, 27467, 15637, 35384 and 35388 of 2019.
2. Hence, it is represented by learned counsel for both parties that said common judgment rendered on 09.10.2020 in W.A.Nos.569, 718, 720, 721, 841 and 842 of 2020, is applicable to the present Writ Appeals also.
3. In view of the above submission made jointly by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the said judgment dated 09.10.2020 is applicable to the present Writ Appeals also. Accordingly, the present Writ Appeals in W.A.Nos.759 and 814 of 2022 shall stand disposed of in the same terms as in W.A.Nos.569, 718, 720, 721, 841 and 842 of 2020, rendered by
judgment dated 09.10.2020. No costs. Consequently, C.M.Ps. are closed.
