Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent in its impugned order dated 19.08.2004 and quash the same as being wholly without jurisdiction, contrary to the terms of the agreement, dated 26.08.1994 and contrary to the law and direct the termination of the Arbitral Proceedings inasmuch as the Arbitral Tribunal has been improperly constituted and in any event there are no arbitrable disputes.
