Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this writ petition as after the filing of the writ petition, he is in receipt of proceedings dated 04.02.2022, conveying the decision of the respondent rejecting his request for grant of service https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
connection. He seeks and is granted liberty to challenge order dated 04.02.2022 in a manner known to law.
2. The parties are before the District Munsif Court, Attur in O.S.No.181 of 2019 and relief may be sought in the civil suit as well, as per the preference of the petitioner.
3. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as aforesaid. No costs.
