This petition has been filed to challenge the transfer order issued by the first respondent herein on 14.10.2004.

2. When today the matter is called, it is submitted that the petitioner herein has attained the age of superannuation. As such, no fruitful orders can be passed in the Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
