Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the first respondent vide R.C.No.3701/2015/Co OP Ele 2 dated 18.08.2018 quash the same as arbitrarily, illegal and injustice and further direction directing the respondents to allow the petitioners to functioning as the Directors of the Society. ORDER
This writ petition is filed for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the first respondent vide R.C.No.3701/2015/Co OP Ele 2 dated 18.08.2018 quash the same and further directing the respondents to allow the petitioners to function as the Directors of the Society.
2. No representation on behalf of the petitioners. The learned counsel for the 4th and 5th respondents submits that the election has been subsequently conducted and nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition having become infructuous.
