This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation pending in Crime No.22 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent to any other police.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that investigation in the case was completed and closure report was filed as further action dropped. The RCS notice has also been served on the de facto complainant.

4. In the light of the above development, it is left open to the petitioner/de facto complainant to file a protest petition before the concerned Court and work out his remedy in accordance with law. 2/4

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
