Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent which had published the result of online examination conducted in pursuance to the notification No.10/2019 dated 12.06.2019 for recruitment of Post Graduate Assistant Grade-I, and which also revised the key answers and revised the marks awarded to candidates to, award 5 marks for 5 question Nos.1, 24, 47, 86 & 125, that were erroneously given wrong key answers thereby denying 5 marks to the petitioner who had actually secured 72 marks and subsequently awarded 74 marks, thereby enabling the petitioner to come within the zone of selection for appointment as Post Graduate Assistant Grade-I (SubjectEconomics) in MBC/DNC-1 category which is 75 marks and above and consequently, to appoint the petitioner herein as Post Graduate Assistant Grade-I (Subject-Economics) in any department including that of the third respondent herein.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been appointed as Post Graduate Assistant Grade-I (Economics).
3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further consideration in the present writ petition in regard to the prayer as sought. Therefore, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
