Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Letter No.SE/UEDC/UDT/AO/Rev/AS/HTSC335/09 dated 24.12.2009 and quash the same, consequently, directing the second respondent to refund the sum of Rs.8,82,581/- excessively collected towards tariff minimum.
