ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the first respondent to execute the warrant against the 2nd respondent/accused person, based upon the warrant issued by the Learned District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu on 09.07.2019 in S.C.No. 116 of 2018.

2.Based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the first respondent registered a case in Crime No.574 of 2018 for the offence under Section 302 of IPC and after completion of investigation, the 1st respondent has filed a final report before the concerned Court. The trial have taken cognizance in S.C.No.116 of 2018 for the offence under Section 302 of IPC and thereafter, the trial Court has issued summon to the 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent. On receipt of the summon, the 2nd respondent did not appear before the trial Court. Therefore, Non Bailable Warrant has been issued as against the 2nd respondent by the trial Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu in S.C.No.116 of 2018 against the 2nd respondent, within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
