The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner Company is no longer in existence and that he had returned the papers to the petitioner a long time ago.

2. It is seen that no change of Vakalat has been filed till date. Hence, no useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending, when the petitioner Company is not in existence.
