Prayer :- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.032624/E5/08, dated 18.12.2009 and quash the same and direct the respondents to declare the results of the SSLC examination written by the petitioner in September 2008 under Register No.657233. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
