O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct respondents 1 to 2 to grant permission to celebrate Thai Poosam Function on 05.02.2023 at Srimath Ramalinga Swamy Madalayam Tiruvotriyur.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that Thai Poosam Function has been conducted for a long time at Srimath Ramalinga Swamy Madalayam Tiruvotriyur. The petitioner plans to organize Thai Poosam Function on 05.02.2023 at Srimath Ramalinga Swamy Madalayam Tiruvotriyur. Third parties are obstructing to conduct the Thai Poosam Function. In this regard, petitioner made a representation to the first respondent on 21.01.2023 for the conduct of Thai Poosam Function on 05.02.2023, however the same was not considered till now, resulting in filing of this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that FIR in Crime No.770 of 2023 under Section 145 of Cr.P.C was registered against the petitioner and it is pending for RDO enquiry.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that RDO enquiry is pending, this Court directs the petitioner to participate in the RDO enquiry and wait for the outcome of the RDO's order with regard to conduct of Thai Poosam Function at Srimath Ramalinga Swamy Madalayam Tiruvotriyur on 05.02.2023.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
