This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- into the credit of Crime No. 153 of 2022 before the concerned Magistrate on or before 15.02.2023 in the above Crl.O.P.No.119 of 2023 dated 12.01.2023 and posted the matter for reporting compliance on 16.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as he is a farmer in his native at Theni District, he unable to mobilise the amount to be deposited into the credit of crime number as directed by this court. Hence, the present petition has been filed to modify the condition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the petition as such is unjustifiable one, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by this court. However, time is extended for further period of two weeks for depositing the amount from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
