JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was authored by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This petition is filed to restore C.M.P.No.5396 of 2024 in C.M.A.SR.No.6165 of 2024, which stood dismissed automatically on non-compliance of the order made by the predecessor Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.12.2024.

2. Heard Ms.T.Kavya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.Gauthama Raj C, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.John Peter, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands ordered on condition that the order passed by the predecessor Division Bench, vide order dated 06.12.2024, shall be complied within a week's period from today, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
