This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that based on the complaint given by one Amuthavalli against the petitioner, the respondent Police has conducted an enquiry in C.S.R.No.251 of 2022 and the petition enquiry was closed. He further submitted that the respondents police are not harassing the petitioner.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), it is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondents police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him. Therefore, there is no need to pass any further order in this petition.
