Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass order in the statutory revision petition dated 16.07.2021 filed by the petitioner against the order dated 10.06.2021 in Moo.Mu (A3) 3065/2019 passed by the 2nd respondent within a stipulated time and after affording due opportunity to all the parties concerned.

O R D E R
The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass order in the statutory revision petition dated 16.07.2021 filed by the petitioner against the order dated 10.06.2021 in Moo.Mu (A3) 3065/2019 passed by the 2nd respondent within a stipulated time and after affording due opportunity to all the parties concerned.
2. As against the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 10.06.2021, the petitioner preferred a revision before the 1st respondent on 16.07.2021. However, since the same has not so far been disposed of, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.
3. Heard Mr.R.Gopinath learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2. In view of the order that is going to be passed, notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is hereby dispensed with.
4. Learned Government Advocate would submit that, the said revision pending before the 1st respondent would be enquired into and decided on merits within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. 2 / 4

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, and having regard to the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order. "That there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the revision filed by the petitioner and after enquiring the matter by giving an opportunity of being heard to both the petitioner as well as private respondents, the same shall be decided on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
