This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 10.04.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5175 of 2015.

2. This Court vide order dated 10.04.2015 has issued a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 20.01.2015 seeking to reinstate the petitioner in the post of Jewel Appraiser in the 2nd respondent's branch with all monetary benefits. Since the same was not considered, the present contempt petition has been filed. Though the contempt petition has been filed as against the respondents, however, without challenging the termination order passed by the management before the Labour Court u/s.2(A)2 of Industrial Disputes Act, filing the present contempt petition is per se not sustainable. Hence, there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents.
