(CRIME NO.469 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 511 of 2022 dated 10.01.2022 by allowiing the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.JAYAPRAKASH, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.511 of 2022, dated 10.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation.
