..Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the the third respondent and quash the part of the award passed in I.D.No.596 of 2000 dated 14.10.2008 by denial of back wages to the petitioner for the period from 25.10.1999 to 14.10.2008 and consequently directing the first respondent to pay the back wages to the petitioner from the date of dismissal from 25.10.1999 till the date of reinstatement and thus render justice.
