The petitioner, who is a retired District Revenue Officer, has come to this Court with huge delay of 8 years seeking notional promotion and re-fixation of his seniority in the post of Deputy Tahsildar, Deputy Collector and Deputy Revenue Officer and to confer him with all consequential monetary benefits.
2. It is not known how the petitioner can approach this Court with huge delay of 8 years, when he had already retired on reaching the age of superannuation on 31.03.2010. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. This Writ Petition is dismissed on the ground of huge delay and laches. No costs.
