O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider and dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2025 and provide backwages and the other attendant benefits as per the order dated 01.04.2022 passed in I.D.No.15 of 2018, by the Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore and the order of this Court dated 07.08.2024 passed in W.P.No.28881 of 2022.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has made a representation on 10.01.2025 before the respondents to provide backwages and the other attendant benefits as per the order dated 01.04.2022 passed in I.D.No.15 of 2018, by the Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore and the order of this Court dated 07.08.2024 passed in W.P.No.28881 of 2022, however, the same has not been considered so far. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.01.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 3

have no serious objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.01.2025 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
