This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent police to receive and file the complaint dated 29.12.2015 of the petitioner seeking to enforce the orders passed by the Child Welfare Committee, Thiruvannamalai, by handing over the minor sons of the petitioner named Ashwanth and Akhilesh who are aged 4 and 2 respectively.
