Civil Miscellaneous Appeals filed under Section 37 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, against the orders passed by the sole Arbitrator, P.Suresh, Advocate, Chennai, dated 16.11.2018 in M.P.Nos. 1 & 1 of 2018 in ACP Nos.TJ/SP/1 & TJ/SP/2 of 2018 respectively.

For Appellants : Ms.R.T.Shyamala - in both the Appeals For Respondent : B.Gurunathan - in both the Appeals COMMON JUDGMENT When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the appellants and the respondent submitted that the parties have entered into a Memo of Compromise and they have settled the matter as per the compromise memo executed by the parties. This Court by an earlier order dated 25.09.2019 recorded the above Memo of Compromise. In view of the same, these civil miscellaneous appeals are disposed of in terms of the Memo of Compromise already recorded by this Court by order dated 25.09.2019 and the Memo of Compromise shall form part of the judgment.
