This criminal revision has been filed to set aside the order passed by the Special Court, Judicial Magistrate (Land Grabbing Cases), Salem in Crl.M.P.No.29 of 2023, dated 20.01.2023 and to direct the 1st respondent to register the complaint dated 27.09.2022 by allowing the above criminal revision petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case, First Information Report has been registered in Cr.No.17 of 2023 for the offence under sections 420, 465, 468, 471 and 109 of IPC.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Revision is closed.
