ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed against non-compliance of the order dated 23.11.2011 in W.P.No.26879 of 2011, wherein, the respondent was directed to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2011 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26879 of 2011 dated 23.11.2011 has been complied with in Proceedings No.A4-3270-2010 dated 09.05.2012. He has also produced the copy of the compliance report before this Court.

3. In view of the compliance report filed by the learned standing counsel, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
