By order dated 16.06.2022 in O.P.No.1129 of 2018, letters of administration were granted to the applicants herein subject to the condition that a security bond is executed. By application Nos.5736 and 5738 of 2022, the time for execution of the bond was extended until 10.01.2023. By stating that the first applicant was unwell and, therefore, unable to execute the bond on or before 10.01.2023, the present application is filed for further extension.

2. Upon examining the reason set out in the affidavit and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, the time for executing the security bond is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
